

Robert Adam, B.Ed., B.A., M.App. Ling, is a Deaf native signer who is Postgraduate Researcher at the Deafness, Cognition and Language Research Centre, University College London. He has worked as a sign language researcher for a number of years, most recently with City University London, investigating sign language segmentation and how Deaf people perceive signs.
He has also taught sign language and trained interpreters in both Australia and the United Kingdom.
He has worked as a Deaf Interpreter in the community, particularly in mental health, legal and community settings, as well as at international events.
