efsli winter school put performing arts interpreting under the spotlight.

Being aware that sign language interpreters are trained differently across Europe, efsli chose this specialty interpreting hoping to draw common theoretical principles and practice. Zane Hema, former efsli Board member and a professional sign language interpreter and trainer based in the UK, shared his longstanding experience with a group of 15 highly-motivated colleagues coming from different European countries. The result was an inspiring training with effective group work, hands-on practice of great impact and … a lot of fun.
